Stephanie Jean Wineinger-Phillips 53, of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at her home. She was born December 27, 1960 in St. Joseph, MO, daughter of Lettie and Luther Wineinger. She was a Homemaker, who was very artistic and loved to draw, and spend time with grandkids, she was very involved with her church, as a Sunday School teacher with the Souls Harbor Pentecostal Church. Stephanie was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Frances Wineinger. Survivors include, son, Tyler Rivera of St. Joseph, MO, two daughters, Shandra (Steven) Polley of Omaha, NE, and Jaki (Bryan) Dilley of St. Joseph, MO, a brother, Scott Wineinger of St. Joseph, MO, two sisters, Sharon McGrath of St. Joseph, MO, and Carolyn Pettijohn of Stewartsville, MO, and her life long friend, Glena Dymond and husband Dean, and a niece, and caretaker Cara Green of Saint Joseph, MO. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 pm, on Friday, May 23, 2014 at Rupp Funeral Home, with Pastor Joann Springs officiating
