Connie Roseberry Johnston, age 46, of Grants Lick, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2004, at Saint Luke Hospital, in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. She was born in Covington, Kentucky, on February 27, 1958, a daughter of the late Albert Roseberry and Irene Meenach. She was a member of the Fairlane Baptist Church and was employed with the Campbell County School system in the food service department and as a school bus monitor. She married Roger Johnston on September 23, 1977, and he survives her passing.
She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Clyde Johnston. Survivors include: two sons, Andy Johnston, of Alexandria, Kentucky, and Rodney Johnston, of Grants Lick; a daughter, Amy Johnston, of Grants Lick; three brothers, Roger Roseberry, Steve Roseberry and Kevin Roseberry, all of Alexandria, and Ed Roseberry, of Foster, Kentucky; a sister, Diane Hartig, of Melbourne, Kentucky; her mother, Irene Roseberry, of Grants Lick; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Roy and Imogene Johnston Harrison, of Grants Lick; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 28, at Fairlane Baptist Church, in Grants Lick. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 29, with one hour of visitation before the service at the church. Peoples Funeral Home, in Grants Lick, handled arrangements for the family. Interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery, in Grants Lick. Memorials are suggested to the Fairlane Baptist Church Parking Lot Fund, 12898 Herringer Road, Alexandria, Kentucky 41001.
