She was a member of the VFW Wappapello Eagles OFS.
She was a veteran of the US Navy.
She was employed at Arvin Auto in Dexter.
On Dec. 7, 1990, she married Charles Ward. He survives.

Charles Dunn of New Braunfels, TX; three sons, Mark Henne of Poplar Bluff, MO; Brett Henne of Pensacola, FL; and George (Buster) Ward of Wappapello, MO; one daughter, Heather Varvi of Pensacola, FL; two sisters, Janet E. Dunn of Orange, TX; and Gerry Caswell of Katy, TX; and two brothers, Michael C. Dunn of Berney, TX; and D.J. Dunn of Hampton, GA.
A graveside service will be Tuesday at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield with full military rites. Everett Gunter will officiate. Morgan Sifford Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
