Mrs. Vicki L. Swaim Howard, 60, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mrs. Howard was born July 11, 1953 in Surry County to Vern and Marie Casey Swaim. She attended Enon Baptist Church. Mrs. Howard loved to spend time camping with family and friends.
In addition to her father, Mrs. Howard was preceded in death by her first husband, Ronnie Brown; and an infant sister, Edith Swaim. She is survived by her husband, Allen Howard; four children, Teresa (Stephen) Gibbs, Robbie (Lisa) Brown, Amanda Pistole, and Brian (Heather) Howard; nine grandchildren, Bailey, Brooke, and Parker Gibbs, Chelsea and Hannah Brown, Joseph and Jacob Hutson, and Carson Casstevens, and Kaitlyn Mangaro; a sister, Dottie Hall; three brothers, Wade (Jane) Swaim, Raymond (Daphne) Swaim, and Tommy (Libby) Swaim; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted Friday, May 23, 2014 at 11:00AM at Sunrise Cemetery in Jonesville with Rev. Mark Elmore officiating.
