FUNERAL HELD MONDAY FOR BETTIE E. OTIS Funeral services for Bettie E. Otis was held Tuesday, Sept 19 (1972) at 2:00 p.m. at Barnes Funeral Chapel at Oroville. Internment was at the Riverview Cemetery. The Rev. Vincent Smith officiating. Pallbearers included Bill Peterson; Sam Kidwell, Ray Kammers, Harry Davey, Glenn Rairdan and Jim Barnes. Bettie E. Otis was born October 25, 1928 at Redding, California. At the age of 15 she moved to Vancouver, Wasington to live with her sister. In 1955 she moved to Republic. She married William H. Otis in 1960 at Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. She continued to live in Republic until 1963 when she moved to Oroville where she has since made her home. She passed away very suddenly.
