Taylor Lee Hall was born in Dallas, Texas to Lee Hall and Brenda Hall on October 10 1984. Taylor grew up in the Dallas area where he was homeschooled. After graduating from high school, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and was a member of Company I-1 of the Corps of Cadets. Taylor then received a Herpetology grant, and earned a Master of Science from Stephen F. Austin State University. While at Texas A&M, he met his lovely wife, Katy. Happily married for six years, they were blessed with a wonderful son, Gage Philip Hall, born in Nacogdoches, Texas.
Taylor enjoyed playing the piano and had a love for snakes. As an Eagle Scout, he showed his skills and leadership while he was involved in Boy Scouts of America. During his childhood Taylor attended Community Bible Chapel along with his family. He, Katy, and Gage have been attending Calvary Baptist Church in Nacogdoches.
Taylor is survived by his wife, Kathleen Michelle Hall; son, Gage Philip Hall; parents, Lee Norman Hall and Brenda Gale Hall; brothers, Samuel Peyton Hall, Jensen Thomas Hall, Van Elliot Hall, and Grainger Lee Hall; sisters, Laura Grace Hall and Shannon Christine Hall; and grandmother Violet Shelburn Taylor.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be sent to the Taylor Hall Trust Fund at Texas Bank in Nacogdoches, Texas, 500 North Street, Nacogdoches, Texas 75964, (936) 462-9101.

Funeral services for Taylor Lee Hall, 29, of Nacogdoches will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2014, at 1:00 PM, at Calvary Baptist Church in Nacogdoches. Taylor was born on October 17, 1984, in Dallas, Texas. He passed away on May 20, 2014, in Nacogdoches.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 23, 2014, from 5-7 PM at Laird Funeral Home.
