Winifred, 96, of Seaford, a daughter of Charles G. and Britiana "Annie" (nee Dean) Vickers, passed away at Genesis Elder Care in Seaford.
She was the wife of Joseph W. Wright (1914-2001), with whom she shares a tombstone.
In addition to by her parents and Joseph, Winifred, a member of Portsville United Methodist Church, was predeceased by daughter Carolyn M. O'Neal in 1980 and grandson John E. Veazey in 2005.
She was survived by daughters Rita Marvel of Laurel, Joanne W. Veazey and Joyce L. Aguillon of Seaford, and Dianne W. Calloway of Fort Myers, FL, also twelve grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on March 15th at Watson-Yates Funeral Home, Front and King Streets, Seaford.
