"Funeral Rites Held For Charles N. Coon --- Funeral services for Charles N. "Dutch" Coon, 93, of Paducah, KY, formerly of Mattoon, were held in Paducah Tuesday afternoon.
"Mr. Coon died Sunday morning. He had been in ill health for some time and had been a patient at the Graham Nursing Home since January.
"He was a retired Illinois Central Railroad shop employee and had lived in Paducah for a number of years.
"Surviving are his widow, Eleanor; and two sons, Karmin, Arlington, VA, and Charles Lee, Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; and two grandchildren.
"Cousins of Mr. Coon, Orville Jordan, Mrs. Florence Douglas and Mrs. Irma Ferree, all of Mattoon, attended funeral services in Paducah."
