Survivors include her mother, Janet Underwood, Heyworth; father, Michael Adams, Nashville; sister, Heather Jensen, Ashley; paternal grandmother, Anneliese Adams, Onarga; and maternal grandmother, Marcella Underwood, Heyworth.
