Sacramento Daily Union, Volume 31, Number 4820, 8 September 1866--

Death of Judge Tuttle.— Judge A. A. H. Tuttle, Deputy State Treasurer, died yesterday at Donuer Lake, which he had visited for the improvement of his health. Telegraphic information of the fact was received in the city last evening from Stale Treasurer Pacheco, together witb the information that his remains will be brought to the city by the morning's train from Alia — which will arrive at about eleven o'clock a. m. The funeral will probably take place tomorrow.
