Annie May Norris, 81, passed away Saturday, May 17, 2014, in Arlington.

Graveside service: 10 a.m. Wednesday in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.

Annie was born July 20, 1932, in Bude, Miss., to Hoyt and Ellen Byrd. She played on her high school basketball team. Annie was vice president and head cashier at several local banks.

Annie was preceded in death by her loving husband, James E. Norris, and son, James A. Survivors: Children, Gene and Jay; grandchildren, Paul, Julie, Lesley and Lance.
