Paul Derick England, 17, of Hestand died Dec 19, 2004, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville of injuries suffered in a single vehicle accident on Ky. 163 north of Tompkinsville.
The Barren County native was a senior at Monroe County High School and was of the Church of Christ faith.
He was the son of Paul Thomas England and Alice Faye Spears England, who survive.
