Emily M. Hammond, 91, of Edinburgh, died Friday, May 2, 2014, at Keepsake Village of Columbus.
She is survived by her son, Charles (Carol) Hammond of Crystal Lake, Ill.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Charlotte Myers; and her parents, Harold and Laura Ethel (Boffing) Pruitt.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home, 302 E. Main Cross St., Edinburgh. The Rev. Richard Yeaton will officiate. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
