Funeral service for Cathy J. Castaneda Walker, 48, will be Monday, May 19, 2014, 2 p.m. in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home with Bro. Raymon Rollins and Ricky Hudson officiating. Burial will follow in the Dogwood Trails Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday from 12 - 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Walker passed away on Thursday at Stringfellow Memorial Hospital. Survivors include her husband, Bobby Walker; daughter, Allison Walker; twin sister, Patty Brooks (Tim); sister, Jackie Brooks (Steve); brother, Tony Castaneda (Wendy); father, Charles Castaneda (Vicki); father and mother-in-law, B.J. and Bernice Walker; sister-in-laws, Rhonda Rollins (Raymon), Cathy Knight (Donnie), Peggy Turner (Nathan), Betty Bussey (Bill); several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends and people that loved her. Pallbearers will be Jason Maxwell, Daniel Castaneda, Timothy Castaneda, Donnie Knight, Mike Cofield and Jerry Bonds. Mrs. Walker was a resident of Jacksonville. She was a graduate of Saks High School Class of 1985. She also graduated from Gadsden Business College in 1986.
