Alma E. Sanders, 88 of West Baden died Wednesday, March 24 at the Mitchell Manor Nursing Home. She was born in Martin County August 21, 1904 to William and Minnie Campbell Emmons. She married Ernest J. Sanders and he preceded her in death August 29, 1989. She is preceded in death by a daughter, Jean Sanders. Surviving is a son, James E. Sanders of Orleans, brothers, Ray and Earl Emmons, both of West Baden, Muriel and Ranza Emmons both of Shoals and two grandchildren, Charlene Clark of Salem and Gary Sanders of Orleans. Funeral services were conducted by Bro. Wayne Pendley at the Brosmer-Drabing Funeral Home on Saturday, March 27. Burial was in the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. Submitted by Phyllis Bennett.
