Morning Herald Thursday, April 5, 1934

Mrs. Helen Hudson, widow of John Hudson, passed away this morning at 1:20 at the Getman Memorial Home. She was born December 15, 1858 in Mayfield, and had resided in Gloversville since 1927. She had lived at the Getman home for about a year and was well liked by all.

She was an active member of the Kingsboro Presbyterian church Sunday school and missionary societies, a member of the W. C. T. U. and the Red Cross.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. William Gunsaulus of Hagaman, and Mrs. Leah Potter of Syracuse; two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Seelow and Mrs. Anna Keipor of Gloversville; one brother, Samuel Knapp of Bristol, Wisconsin; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.

The body was removed to the Kennedy Funeral home. Funeral announcements will be made later.
