Scott Alan Hudson, 37, of Dover, died Saturday, May 17, 2014, in Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock.

He was born December 7, 1976, in Russellville, and was a steel worker.

He was preceded in death by his son, Devon Henry; his aunt, Janan Taylor; and his maternal grandparents, James and Peggy Boze.

Survivors include his wife of 12 years, Heather Hudson; a son, Presley Hudson; two daughters, Malorie Hudson and Mackenzie Hudson; his parents, Gary and Bessie Hudson of Russellville; a sister and brother-in-law, Brandy and Chris Lewis of Fort Smith; his paternal grandparents, Don W. and Ila "Janie" Hudson of Russellville; two nephews, Tyler Lewis and Ethan Lewis; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2014, at Oak Grove Free Will Baptist Church, officiated by the Rev. Walter "Feller" Chambers. Burial will be in Hudson Cemetery at Moreland, by Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

Active pallbearers will be Ric Davis, Shane Morgan, David Bower, Scott Henry, Colton Southerland and Colton Chambers.

Honorary pallbearers will be Daniel Davis, Jerry Boze, Johnny Boze, Adam Lock, Roy Boze, Jim Boze, Jessie Boze and Lee Hester.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening, from 7-8 p.m., at the funeral home
