"GALLATIN, Mo. -- Cecil James Black, 77, died at a Cameron, Mo., hospital Saturday evening.
Mr. Black was born in Winston, Mo., and was a former member of the Gallatin Lions Club.
He is survived by one son, Wayne Black of Brookfield, Mo.; one daughter, Gayle Hunter of Kansas City, Mo.; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
