She entered into rest on May 23, 2011 from complications of the tornado on May 22.
She was a lifelong area resident and currently teaching at SEK Learning Center in Girard, KS.
She was a member of the First Christian Church in Webb City; Caridigan Welsh Corgi; National Educators Association and Smoke-Free Webb City.
Lorretta married Kyle Randall on Aug. 1, 1986 in Joplin and he survives.
Also suviving are: her daughter Kristi Lee Rubottom Stark (Jason), granddaughter Reannon Lea Stark; mother Janet Oster; brothers Carey Oster and Tim Oster; sister Cheryl Davis.
She was preceded in death by: her father Charles Oster, who also died as a result of the tornado; brother Mark Oster.

Charles E. Oster, 77, and daughter Lorretta Lea Randall, 54, both of Joplin. Oster served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was a deacon at First Christian Church of Webb City. He leaves a wife, three children and six grandchildren. Randall died from her injuries May 23. She taught at the SEK Learning Center in Girard, Kan., a school serving students with behavior challenges from 13 southeast Kansas counties. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Webb City, the National Education Association and Smoke-Free Webb City.
