Predeceased by son Ron and daughter Lynda. Survived by his loving wife of 73 years Lucille, son Frank Jr. (Maureen); grandchildren Ron (Carla), Dave (Melissa), Nicole (Doug), Ryan, Jeff and 7 great grandchildren. Frank was an avid crib player and an accomplished Arthur Murray dancer. The essence of Frank was his love for his family. He will be dearly missed by everyone he touched. Memorial Service Saturday, 2 p.m. April 14. Huntley Wynd Club House, 6600 Lucas Rd, Richmond. Refreshments to follow. In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of choice. .
