Bonnie (Meador) Walton was born September 12, 1925 in Macon County, Tennessee, the daughter of Joseph Wilson "Joe" Meador (1880–1956) and Minnie Ann (Adge) Meador (1881–1931).
She was married about 1954 to Ralph London Walton (1923–1979), the son of James Avery Grider Walton (1886–1969) and Hannah Mae (Simpson) Walton (1893–1968) of Macon County, Tennessee. {It is noted that Ralph age 16 and single, was with his parents in the 1940 census of Macon County, and he was 27 years old and still single when he was listed in the 1950 census of Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee.}
A resident of Nashville, Bonnie was 88 years old when she died on May 16, 2014.
Preceded in death by her husband Ralph and by her daughter Gayla (Walton) Collins, she was survived by three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Burial was in Haysville Cemetery, Lafayette, Tennessee.
