Obituary:
Carol J. Matson, 78, Wittenberg, died Friday, May 9, 2014 at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.
She was born on December 15, 1935 in Wittenberg, the daughter of the late Oscar and Adeline (Kadow) Matson.
Carol worked in a Milwaukee factory for 40 years until retiring in 1994. She then moved back to the family farm. She enjoyed sewing and doing puzzles. Carol had a special love for animals and enjoyed taking care of others.
Survivors include two sisters, Jacqueline Pukall, Birnamwood and Donna (James) Kozlovsky, Birnamwood and one brother, Allen (Tina) Matson, Hanover, IL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by three brothers, Daniel, Duwayne and Austin.



Visitation:
Visitation will be on Wednesday from 10am until the time of services at the church.

Service:
A Memorial Service will be held at 11am on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Wittenberg. Rev. Michael Larson will officiate.
Cemetery:
Inurnment will be in Bethany Cemetery, Wittenberg.
