John P. Bielawski, 58, of Putnam Street, a teacher in the Providence school system for two years in the late 1950s, died yesterday at Roger Williams General Hospital.
A lifelong Providence resident, he was a son of the late Alexander and Jadwiga (Kuzia) Bielawski.
He was a 1958 graduate of Providence College.
He is survived by two brothers and a sister.
