Cathy Massey Cunningham, age 60, of Brownwood passed away Saturday, May 10, 2014 at her residence.
Graveside Services for Cathy will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at Fife Cemetery with David Barnum officiating. Visitation for the family will be held Tuesday evening from 6-8 at Blaylock Funeral Home.
Cathy was born on April 28, 1954 to Ernest and Hattie (Currie) Massey in Brady. She attended school at Lohn ISD. She worked at Shaw's Laundry for many years. Cathy was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
She is survived by her daughter, Sabrina Garza and husband Isaias of Brownwood; grandchildren, Kristin DeLaRosa and husband Alex of OK, and Rachel Smithson of Brownwood; great-grandchild, Zaidyn DeLaRosa; sisters, Alice Land of Brady, Linda Turner and husband Richard of Brady. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Cathy was preceded in death by her husband, Earl; parents; and two brothers.
