WEST, ELMER, 81, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2005, at Caritas Medical Center.
He was a member of Teamsters Local 89.
He is survived by his son, Jerry West (Brenda); daughters, Mary Hardin (Ray) and Darlene Palmer (Jeff); brother, Clarence West; sisters, Marie Bratcher, Dorothy Morris and Pauline French; eight grandchildren, Timmy, Tammy, Tracy, Eric, Donnie, Gary, Michael and Jamie; and 13 great-grandchildren. A special thanks to his granddaughter, Tammy, for taking care of him.
His funeral will be 11 a.m. Thursday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons-Southwest, 4832 Cane Run Road, with burial in Bethany cemetery. Visitation will be 1-9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday.
