Carrie Dawn Golden Cummings, 32, of Little Rock was welcomed home to begin her eternal life with Jesus on April 9, 2010. Carrie was born in Little Rock on July 7, 1977 to Carolyn and Donald Golden. She was the "first" apple of her mother's eye. She was a precious child that grew into a beautiful, fun and loving daughter, sister, aunt and mother. She was dearly loved by many and will be extremely missed. Her spirit will remain in our hearts forever. She graduated from Sheridan High School in 1995 and attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She was also the first graduate of the Paul Mitchell School in 2008, which she truly enjoyed.

The love of her life, Oliver, was born in 2004. He was her little miracle and the light of her life. She loved spending time with him, singing to him and seeing his wonderful smile. She lived her life every day for her little angel. She was fun-loving and enjoyed being a cosmetologist. She loved to read and always wanted to make everyone happy. When she walked in the room, it would light up. Her beautiful smile and cheerful attitude will never be forgotten.

She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Cletus Oliver Gartman and Herman Oscar Golden; her grandmother, Jewel Golden, and uncles Larry and Olen Golden.

She is survived by her son, Oliver Cummings; mother, Carolyn Golden; father, Donald Golden; sisters, Kelley Golden, Kacie (Jonathan) Glenn and Jennifer Golden; grandmother, Martha Gartman; her nephews, Gavin and Hagen Glenn and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
