U.S. Navy fighter pilot, Lt. Bleecker Seaman was killed In Action (KIA) over Japan, on February 16, 1945.

Findagrave contributor Robert Thompson has posted a photo of a US Headstone Application for US Military Veterans submitted in 1948, under the name of Bleecker P. Seaman, Jr., ordering a marker for placement in Bonaventure Cemetery, Savannah, Georgia. This may indicate that his ashes were originally interred there in Savannah (see memorial #123437927) and then re-interred in the Presbyterian Cemetery in 1962.
