LOTTIE SHIRLEY VANCE, 91, of Port Charlotte, Fla., died Monday morning at Port Charlotte Care Center following a long illness. She was a native of Georgetown and a former resident of Ludlow. Her husband, John W. Vance, died in 1976. She was a homemaker and was once employed by the Colonade Restaurant, Cincinnati.
Survivors include a son, John W. Vance of Port Charlotte, Fla; and a brother, John Hagen Shirley of Vandalia, Ohio.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. Visitation will be there from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Williamstown Cemetery.
