Edwin Lee Warren, 73, of Pine Bluff, died July 25, 2004, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
He was born July 29, 1930, in Little Rock, the son of the late Rufus C. "Jack" and Mary "Freddie" McDaniel Warren.
A graduate of Pine Bluff High School and Hendrix College, he worked in the Civilian Personnel Office at the Pine Bluff Arsenal for 36 years, retiring in May 1987. He served in the United States Army Chemical Corp during the Korean Conflict.
He was an active member of First Baptist Church of Pine Bluff and the Pine Bluff Duplicate Bridge Club. He was a member of the Quapaw Masonic Lodge #730, Arkansas Consistory of Scottish Rites, and the Sahara Shine Temple.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly Dean Hollenbeck Warren, whom he married June 7, 1953, in Pine Bluff; one son, Edwin "Lee" Warren, Jr., of Springdale; a daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Glenn Wolf; and grandsons, Warren Glenn, Paul Dean, Scott William and Gregory Lee Wolf all of White Hall.
Services will be 1:30 PM, Wednesday, July 28, 2004, Chapel of Ralph Robinson and Son, with Reverend Gordon Topping and Reverend Edward Hollenbeck officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home after the service. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
The family will be at the home.
