John "Died While A POW" of the Japanese Army at POW Camp 4, O'Donnell, Tarlac, Luzon, Philippines during the war and was awarded the Purple Heart.
He was originally interred in the Alton Cemetery, Alton, New Hampshire and was re-interred here in June, 1954 by his Father's request.
