Andrew Lee "Andy" Haynes, Jr., 67, of Tiptonville, passed away on Monday, May 12, 2014 at Jackson Regional Hospital.

He was an associate warden of operations at Northwest Correctional Facility and a member of First Baptist Church in Tiptonville.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church in Tiptonville with Bro. Kurt Gross officiating. Burial will be in Lake Memorial Gardens. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Thursday at the church.

Survivors include his daughter, Courtney Haynes Hicks and husband, Peter, of Senatobia, MS; a step-daughter, Kalista Dawn Pitcock of Ooltewah; three sisters, Shirley Ann Heffner and husband, Robert, of Lambert, MS, Martha Lee Hinton and husband, Terry, of Oxford, MS and Lee Ann Aldridge and husband, Roy, of Batesville, MS; and a granddaughter, Allison Claire Hicks of Senatobia, MS.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Delores King Haynes; and his parents, Andrew, Sr. and Sherlene Caldwell Haynes.

Pallbearers will be Larry Watts, Lucas Hamilton, J.D. Smith, John Robert Bratton, Roy Aldridge and Sam Achord.

Honorary pallbearers will be Troy Farrell and Dr. Kenton Busch.
