Gary Mulder, age 81, of Sheldon, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 3, 2013 at his residence in Sheldon.
A Celebration of Gary's Life will be Thursday, November 7, 2013 from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. at Autumn Park Apartments in Sheldon.
Gary's body was cremated. Burial will be at a later date.
Gary Lee Mulder the son of John and Loretta (Oberman) Mulder was born October 3, 1932 in Alton, Iowa.
Gary attended and graduated from school in Sheldon, Iowa.
He was a member of the United States Air force from 1951-1955.
Gary was employed at the Big Four and then as an independent plumber. He enjoyed gardening, cooking, reading, dogs, and spending time with friends. Gary especially enjoyed family gatherings. Gary will always be remembered by his big smile and wonderful sense of humor.
Those left to cherish his memory include one brother, Bill (Cheryl) Mulder of Fredricksburg, IA; one brother-in-law, Robert Kramme of Sutherland, IA; many nieces and nephews and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and a sister, Shirley Kramme.
