Betty Jo Berry, 81, of Bryan, passed away Friday evening May 10, 2013 at the Hospice Brazos Valley Inpatient Facility in Bryan. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, May 13, 2013 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan. Funeral Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 14, at the funeral home, with Reverend Dale Evans officiating. Interment will follow at Rest-Ever Memorial Park Cemetery in Bryan. Betty was born October 10, 1931 in Madison County to Conrad and Ethel Nash Heath. She was a long time resident of Bryan and a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church. She was a homemaker and worked as a Seamstress at Schandig Furniture Company (formerly International Furniture) in Bryan. Her favorite hobby was playing Bingo. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Floyd M. "John" Berry; three brothers, Dude, Bill, and Conard "Bootsie" Heath; one sister, Florene McGuire; and one great- granddaughter, Angel Berry. She is survived by her loving family, three sons and daughters-in-law, Floyd and Karen Berry of Cameron, TX, Joe and Barbara Berry of Lott, TX, and Toy and Donna Berry of Bryan; three daughters and one son-in-law, Janice and Henry Moehlman, Kathy Moore, and Hope Berry and special friend Melinda Esparza, all of Bryan; one brother, Bobby Heath and his wife Gladys of Bryan; two sisters, Patsy Sue Iverson and her husband Ed of Bryan, and Carolyn Rogers and her husband Bobby of Madisonville; two sisters-in-law, Mary Grace Heath and Pat Heath both of Bryan; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family. Serving as Pallbearers will be Mrs. Berry's grandson. Her grandsons-in-law will be serving as Honorary Pallbearers. The family asks that memorials be made in memory of Betty Berry to Hospice Brazos Valley, 502 West 26th St Bryan, TX 77803.
