MARIE BLADES
Marie Blades, 84, formerly of 808 W Riverside Ave., died Friday in Ball Memorial Hospital following an extended illness.
She was born in Munice, attended city schools and spent most of her life in this area.
Mrs. Blades was employed with the Munice Moose Lodge and earlier with Ontario Corp. for more than 25 years.
She was a member of deSoto United Methodiat Church, Women of the Moose Auxilitary, Chapter 712, and the Order of Eastern Star, Albany.
Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Eugene, a daughter Franchon, Munice; six grandchildren, Michele Rinker, Kaline Schounce, Timothy Davis, Rhonda Cooper, Kurt Davis and Jill Lewis, and seven great-grandchildren.
A son William E Davis died in 1978.
Services will be in Meeks Mortuary at 11:30 a.m. Monday. Entombment will be in Elm Ridge Mausoleum.
Calling at the mortuary will be 2-6 p.m. Sunday or before services Monday.
