Son of John Block and Pearl Block.

Reginald served as a Staff Sergeant, U.S. Army during World War II.

He resided in Rockingham County, New Hampshire prior to the war.

He enlisted in the Army on March 29, 1943 in Manchester, New Hampshire. He was noted, at the time of his enlistment, as being employed as a Skilled molder and also as Single, without dependents.

Reginald was "Killed In Action" in the Philippines during the war.

He was awarded the Purple Heart.
