CORTLAND — Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Robert H. Roberts Memorial Home for Wil­liam D. Callahan, 63, of 81 Cortview Dr., who died of a heart attack Tuesday morning at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.

He was born Sept 17,1928, in Ol­ive Hill, Ky., a son of Thomas E. Callahan and Stella Brammer Calla­han. He was a tow motor driver for American Welding Co., for 25 years retiring in 1974.

He is survived by his wife, the former Georgia Carpenter, whom he married July 1, 1948; a daughter, Mrs. Judy Deitke of Bristol; four sons, Jerry A. of Howland, William V. of Kinsman, Charles A. of Niles and Carson R. of Warren; three sis­ters, Mrs. Zada Carpenter and Mrs. Madeline Porter of Warren, and Mrs. Mabel Gregory of Niles; two brothers, Harias M. Calls Ian of Leavittsburg and Daniel E Callahan of Spearfish, S.D.; and 10 grandchil­dren.

Two sisters, three brothers, and one-grandson preceded him in death.

Burial will be at the Hillside Cemetery in Cortland, Ohio.
