ELLIS, SCOTT ERIC - age 41, of Knoxville, Tennessee, departed this earth on Thursday, May 1, 2014. Scott devoted his time as a talented chef to regional anti-mountain top removal and other environmental organizations. He cherished his many nieces and nephews. Scott is survived by mother, Lynn Ellis of Knoxville, TN; father and stepmother, John and Mary Ellis of Lenoir City, TN; brother, Brian Ellis and his wife Christy of Knoxville, TN; grandparents, Mel and Gladys Logan of Lodi, CA and Emory and Sue Robinson of Eldon, MO; nephews, Brennan, Daniel, and Cameron all of Knoxville, TN; nieces, Madison and Caitlin both of Knoxville, TN; and numerous friends. The family plans to have a private service at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to mountainjustice.org
