Thelma Sullivan Arthur was the 10th child born to Lewis and Louisa Marrs/Meyers Sullivan. She was born at Price's Creek in Wayne County, WV. Thelma (age 16 yrs) married Clate Arthur (21 yrs)on 26 August 1914 in Cabell County WV. I am unable to find a death certificate but she most probably died in Wayne or Cabell County WV. She was originally buried in the Sullivan Family Cemetery on Price's Creek. Her grave, along with that of the other family members were moved to Bowen when the Beech Fork Dam was built. Her marker reads: Thelma, wife of Clate Arthur, August 10 1898, August 23, 1915. Gone but not forgotten. Her sister Myrtle Earl signed the papers for removal of her grave to Bowen.
