Eagle River resident Jonathan Michael Warner, 17, died April 15, 1999, at Alaska Regional Hospital of injuries from an automobile accident. A visitation was held at St. Andrew's Parish in Eagle River. Services followed with the Rev. Leo Desso officiating.

Jonathan was born Nov. 30, 1981, in Oceanside, Calif., and moved with his family to Elmendorf Air Force Base in 1986. Leaving Elmendorf in 1990, they moved to Beale Air Force Base in California. Four years later, they returned to Alaska and settled in Eagle River. At the time of his death, Johnathan was a junior at Chugiak High School. He enjoyed playing baseball and played for the team sponsored by the American Legion Post 33. He played football for Chugiak High School. ''Jon loved and lived life to the fullest and will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him,'' his family said.

Jonathan is survived by his parents, Stacy and Cindy of Eagle River; siblings, Kirsten and Christopher of Eagle River; grandfather, Charles of Olympia, Wash.; and grandmothers, Margaret of Ocean City, Wash., and Florence Chambers of Yucaipa, Calif.
