Stephanie Lea Howard of Manila, Ark., was born May 27, 1973, in Hayti and passed from this life April 8, 2014, at her home. She was 40 years, 10 months and 11 days of age.
Stephanie graduated with Hayti High School Class of 1991 and was a member of the First Baptist Church.
She loved softball, playing golf and spending time with family and friends.
She leaves the following to cherish her memory: her husband, Nathan Howard of Manila; her daughter, Jessica Quick; sons, Cameron Quick, Blane Howard, Luke Howard and Houston Mott Howard; grandson, Adam Crabb; parents, Bobby and Sharon Mott and Orville Beatty; aunts and uncles, Earl and Patty Husband, Richard and Dottie Wilbanks, Earline Atchison, Peggy Rowell, Paul and Melba Faulkner, James and Brenda Mott, Bobby and Pat Guest, Nancy Mott and Brenda Mott; brothers-in-law, Johnathan Howard and Barry Howard; father-and mother-in-law, Marion and Johnnie Howard; and a host of other relatives and many, many, friends.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 12 at the First Baptist Church in Hayti, with Dr. Tony Cherry officiating. Interment was in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Hayti. Pallbearers were Jerry Don Hayes, Mike Lack, Kevin Byrd, Johnathan Howard, Scott Willbanks and John Nelson. John Wilbanks served as the honorary pallbearer.
John W. German Funeral Home of Hayti was in charge of services.
