Dr. Jordan graduated from the Indiana University of Dentistry and was a dentist for 45 years before retiring in 1982. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the US Army. He was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church, IU School of Dentistry Alumni Association and its Emeritus Club,Xi P si Phi fraternity, Indiana Dental Association, Marion County Dental Society and the Indianapolis District Dental Society.
He was born Sept. 15, 1913, in Etna Green to Orien B. and Sarah Carper Jordan. He married Janice Buck, who died, and Rita Noll Reisler who also died.

Other family member include
one son, Philip L.
his companion, Mary Murphy
two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens

Dr. Wade H. Jordan, 88, of Indianapolis died July 8, 2002.

Survivors include his son Philip L. Jordan of Frankfort; two grandchildren, including Chris W. Campbell of Greenfield; and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wives Janice (Buck) Jordan and Rita (Noll) Reisler Jordan.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. Pius X Catholic Church in Indianapolis. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent Hospice. Fishers-Castleton Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
