Jason Meredith "Spike" Hurley, 85, passed away on May 7, 2014 at a hospital in Provo.

Born February 9, 1929 in Roosevelt to Emerson and Alta Lambert Hurley.

Married Charline Hadlock on July 17, 1950 in Elko, Nevada.

Survived by his wife, Charline; sons, Michael (LaRee) Hurley and Gary (Trudi) Hurley, both of Roosevelt; grandchildren, Jared Hurley, Andrea (Wes) Nielson, Amy Hurley (Van Scott), Ian (Christina) Hurley, Aeryk Hurley (Shauni Bradshaw), and Andre (Racquel) Hurley; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Richard (Diane) Hurley, Bountiful; and sisters, Maxine (Kay) Brinkerhoff, St. George; and Maura (Lloyd) Carlson, El Segundo, California. Preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Josephine King.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Roosevelt Second Ward Chapel, 250 West 200 North. A viewing will be held on Friday, May 9, 2014 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Hullinger Mortuary and from 1:00-1:45 p.m. on Saturday at the church.
Burial will be in the Roosevelt Memorial Park.
