Joe was a member of the Clarksville Christian Church; Noblesville American Legion and Noblesville VFW; Moose Lodge, Elks and a life member of the Eagles. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during WWII. Memorial contributions may be made to the American HeartAmerican Stroke Association, Memorials & Tributes Lockbox 3816, Paysphere Circle, Chicago, IL 60674. Services will be held at 10 a.m Tuesday, June 7 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, Noblesville, with calling 4 to 7 p.m. TODAY, Monday, June 6. Burial: Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. He is survived by his daughter, Pam Davidson of Brownsburg; sons, Brad Riggs of Flint, MI and Lt. Colonel Brian Riggs, of Lake Ridge, VA; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
