Joe G. Riggs 85, Noblesville, died Saturday, June 4, 2005. He was born May 6, 1920 in Noblesville, IN. He retired from the Indiana Department of Corrections. Joe was a member of the Clarksville Christian Church; Noblesville American Legion and Noblesville VFW; Moose Lodge, Elks and a life member of the Eagles. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during WWII. Services will be held at 10 a.m Tuesday, June 7 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, Noblesville, with calling 4 to 7 p.m. TODAY, Monday, June 6. Burial: Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. He is survived by his daughter, Pam Davidson of Brownsburg; sons, Brad Riggs of Flint, MI and Lt. Colonel Brian Riggs, of Lake Ridge, VA; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
