She was born October 30, 1917, in Wooten Kentucky.
Sarah was preceded in death by husband, Will "Jack" Vanover; parents, Reuben and Isabella Bailey; son, Curtis Vanover; siblings, Charlie Bailey, James Bailey, Finley Bailey, Molly Davidson, Florie Engles, Polly Combs, Dora Osborne, Sillar Napier and Eliza Nease.
She is suvived by sons, Elmer, Felix, Alvin and Will Vanover; daughter, Beulah Jean Wilder; eleven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, siblings, Betty Prince of Michigan, and Lloyd Bailey of Ohio.
Sarah was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
Service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, November 17, 2005 in Flanner & Buchanan Funeral Center-Washington Park East, with calling from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, November 16, 2005. Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
