Rhonda G. Watts-Bradford, 37, of Danville died Monday, Jan. 30, 2006, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Mrs. Watts-Bradford was a homemaker and a substitute teacher for the Danville school system. She was born Oct. 9, 1968, in Batesville, Ark., the daughter of Alan D. and Charlotte A. (Brinkley) Watts. Her parents survive in Fishers. She was a graduate of Hamilton Southeastern High School and Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis. She was married to Scott D. Bradford, who survives. Mrs. Watts-Bradford was a member of Hazel Dell Christian Church in Carmel. In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by a son, Jesse Watts-Bradford of Daleville, Ind.; a daughter, . Jocee Watts-Bradford of Danville; two brothers, Chris S. Watts of Fishers and Randy A. Watts of Indianapolis; and a paternal grandmother, Jessie Watts of Thayer, Mo. Watts-Bradford Services will be 1 p.m. today at Randall and Roberts Funeral Home in Noblesville. The Rev. Mark Wright will officiate. Burial will be in Oak-lawn Memorial Gardens in Fishers.
