Kathleen was born on September 22, 1919 in Elliott County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Robert L. Sr. and Myrtle (Holbrook) Wilson.

Aside from her parents, Kathleen is preceeded in death by sisters Lola Wilson, Gracie Wilson, Margie Wilson, Bessie (Wilson) Smith and brothers Noah and Woodrow Wilson.

Kathleen is survived by her husband of 54 years, Robert Blevins and her children; Sandra (Michael) Jarvis, John (Charlene) Blevins; both of Olive Hill, Kentucky, Brenda (Bill) Hargett of Shelby, North Carolina, Rita Blevins of Hillsboro, Kentucky, Charles (Sue) Blevins of Hitchins, Kentucky, Darrell (Bonnie) Blevins of Cherryville, North Carolina, Rondell (Anita) Blevins of Olive Hill, Kentucky, Anita (Terry) Porter of Shelby, North Carolina, and Mary Blevins of Sandy Hook, Kentucky; 27 Grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; Brothers; Homer J. Wilson, Robert L. Wilson Jr. both of Columbus, Ohio, Herbert Wilson of Olive Hill, Kentucky, Sisters; Betty Miller of Columbus, Ohio, Mildred Stone of Bellville, Ohio, and Maxine Gregory of Tennessee.

Funeral services were held at 1:00 P.M. on July 14, 1999 at Globe Funeral Home in Olive Hill, Kentucky. Burial was at Garvin Ridge Cemetery, Olive Hill, Kentucky.
