She was born Oct. 18, 1912, in Morgantown, daughter of the late Martin and Elizabeth Strosnider Keener.
She was a seamstress that loved to sew and worked for many years at The Coffee Shop in Sabraton. She was a Protestant by faith.
She is survived by a daughter and spouse, Georgetta and Jim Tritchler, of Morgantown; a son, Samuel Johnson, of Morgantown; 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her husband, George L. Johnson; and two sons, Robert and James Johnson.
Friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home on Monday, Dec. 30, from 9-11 a.m. time of service with the Rev. Brian Kiehl officiating.
Burial will follow at Olive Cemetery
