NANCY KAY ALBRIGHT, 76, of 1745 Edgewood Hill Circle in Hagerstown, Md., passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2014, at her home. Born Monday, April 4, 1938, in Waynesboro, Pa., she was the daughter of the late William Reid Lowe and the late Josephine Marguerite (Zimmerman) Lowe.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Alfred Albright, in 2003.

Kay was employed as a dispatcher by Columbia Gas of Maryland Inc. for 35 years and also was the bookkeeper at Michaels Arts and Crafts. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Columbia Gas Quarter Century Club and Queen Esther Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 3.

She is survived by her son, Patrick L. Albright, Hagerstown; brothers, William L. Lowe, Venice, Fl., Donald R. Lowe, Hagerstown, Charles N. Lowe, Smithsburg, Md., and Thomas E. Lowe, Hagerstown; two stepgrandsons; three stepgreat-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Kay's life was held at Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, Hagerstown; private interment was be at Rose Hill Cemetery.
