Maddock, Steven Edward Age 62 of Oakes, ND, passed away on May 4th, 2014 in Spring Park, MN. He is preceded in death by his father, Wallace, his mother, Marie, his brother, Frank and many other loved ones. Steven was a long time, dedicated member of the American Legion as well as the American Legion Post 398 commander for 12 years. A veteran, he served for 30 yrs in the Minnesota National Guard. Steven was also a dedicated employee of Helland Research and Zero-Max for 35 years. A lover of puzzles, bowling, baseball and softball, Steven was always staying active and never turned down a game. Steven is survived by his 2 children, William and Nicole; his granddaughter, Kyllie, his brothers, Jim, Bob, Gary (Karla), Owen, Rick (Carma), Mick (Sharon); and many other very beloved family and friends. Visitation, viewing and Service at Huber Funeral Home with interment at Fort Snelling. A loving father, brother and soldier. He will be dearly missed.
