Jeff passed away at his home in Atlantic Beach Florida after a 3 year battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife Jane, 2 adoring golden retrievers Rainey and Eli, sisters Shirley and Lisa, brothers Henry, Jim and Mike, and numerous friends and other family members. Jeff was brought back to his hometown in Kentucky and was buried next to his parents. A mass was held in Burlington KY on May 12, 2014 and another mass was held in his church in Jacksonville FL on May 15, 2014. A celebration of his life was remembered at both services.

Jeff loved playing golf, had a workshop where he spent hours working with wood and enjoyed walking on the beach with their dogs. He had worked for Continental/United Airlines for 29 years where he made lifelong friends from across the country.

Jeff will be best remembered as a good and true friend with a heart of gold, his great sense of humor, and his love of God. He will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of knowing and loving him.
